Expo Eventos of Panamá is a company dedicated to the organization and coordination of congresses, conferences, fairs and exhibitions. The company is under the leadership of Estheisy A. Villarreal, as Commercial Management and Luis Ricardo Martínez Fajardo, as CEO. Villarreal is an experienced event professional and Martinez has continued the tradition of Mr. Franklin Martínez Reyes, who is a pioneer in the field of professional organization of congresses and conferences in Panama. He was one of the organizers of the United Nations Security Council in the Republic of Panama in 1973. Since then, the company has already met the highest standards of professional event organizers.
The Company has developed its own events like The Baby Fair, a massive event for the whole family. Due to the quality of its organization, the event has been well-received by the public in Panama and the world. Expo Eventos of Panama has advised several organizations like The Union of Industrialist of Panama, the Panamanian Mining Chamber and numerous medical groups to position their events as parts of their professional organizations´ projects. Expo Eventos of Panama has done more than ten annual continuous events for some of these organizations, which proves the great job done by the company.
Some of the events Expo Eventos of Panama has organized are the 1st and 2nd Exporters Meeting by the Minister of Commerce and Industry (2006-2007); FINHEC World Convention in Panama (2007); 10 Annual Symposiums on Cleaner Production by the Union of Industrialist of Panama together with the National Environment Authority (2006- present); Annual Symposiums on Energy by the Union of Industrialist of Panama with the Support of The National Secretariat of Energy (2008-present); 2nd and 3rd International Mining Conference & Exposition (2013-2014); XVIII Conference of the Free Zones of the Americas (AZFA), developed by the Colon Free Zone Users Association (2014), among many other medical and corporate events.
It is essential to highlight that Expo Eventos of Panamá has collaborated with important organisms like the UN, OAS, IDB and CAF in the organization of congresses and summits, and also in the development of governmental events since the 1980s.
